Why do some articles/links appear in grey text?

A.

These articles are available to registered users/subscribers only. Some of the content on Inteletex is available to all visitors, some is restricted to registered users only, and more is available to paying subscribers of our various monthly magazines.
After you have logged in the articles available to you should appear in black text (you may need to click the refresh page button on your browser if you are returning to a page visited before you logged in).

How can I access subscriber only articles?

A.

Some subscriber articles are available if you register with Inteletex, others are only available to paying subscribers of our various monthly magazines. Click here for a list of our magazines and subscription details.

How do I register with Inteletex?

A.

Click on either the “Email News” or the “Login/Register” buttons. You will need to think of a username and a password (at least seven characters long). Complete the details in the form and click submit. We will email confirmation of your membership to the email address you provide. As a registered user you will receive a free email newsletter each week and you will be able to view more of the articles on Inteletex. As we add more elements to the site you will be able to access and interact with these also.

I am a subscriber to one of your magazines, how do I register for on-line access?

A.

You first need to register with Inteletex. When you have done this you will have the option to “Register for on-line access to publications”. Select this link, fill in the details of the publications you subscribe to and click the submit button. We will then verify your subscription details and set-up access. This may take a few days.
If you have already registered with Inteletex you can request online access from the welcome page. Follow the “Request on-line access” link. Fill in the details of the publications you subscribe to and click the submit button. We will then verify your subscription details and set-up access. This may take a few days.


Q.

Why can’t I access subscriber only articles anymore?

A.

If your magazine subscription has expired, or if you have cancelled your membership of Inteletex you will not be able to view subscriber only articles. You will need to renew your subscription (which you can do from the welcome page after you login) or rejoin Inteletex.

Q.

How do I change my membership details?

A.

After you have successfully logged in you will see an option “Manage Membership” at the bottom of the welcome page. This will allow you to change your contact details (including email address), username, password, newsletter and opt-out preferences. You can also cancel your membership if you wish. All the changes you make will be confirmed by email.

What do the opt-out preferences mean?

A.

The first choice is whether or not you want us to keep you informed about our various publications and services. You should check this box if you do not want to receive this information by email.
The second choice is whether or not you want us to allow other companies to send you information about their products - your email address would be added to a list we may rent to other companies. You should check this box if you do not want your email address to appear on a list we rent to other companies. More detailed information on how we use the information you provide can be found in our Privacy Statement.
